Episode 1 – DC25

The DC25 is a 250 MMscfd GSP Cryo standard plant design that utilizes Mol Sieve for drying the gas and up to 6,000 hp of Refrigeration to achieve typical ethane recovery and ethane rejection targets. The advantage of our design is that we have taken our past experience to push more rate and improve upon the unit’s constructability which I believe gives it a cost competitive advantage for the plant package and it’s installation costs. When it is the second time you design and draw something, you make it better. ~Derrick Oneal

Episode 2 – Standard Amine Units

Our Amine Regen Systems are designed at specified circulation rates and a set rich loading. I am happy to discuss the details of it, but I like to summarize by saying that the design is the way Tom Russell taught and utilizes stainless steel where it’s needed. We build a quality amine unit considerate of the end users CAPEX and OPEX. ~Derrick Oneal

450 gpm, 800 gpm, 1000 gpm, and 1200 gpm
